Full Body Fitness & Yoga
Lead Yoga Instructor
There are two studios at Full Body Fitness & Yoga. Studio A houses most of the Mind Body Classes. Doors are locked at the beginning of class to protect your belongings. The temperature for most yoga classes is a warm 80-84 degrees.
Pilar leads about 16 classes per month at Full Body Fitness & Yoga. Class types are Yin and Slow Flow. Pre-registration required to ensure a spot.

40-ish postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room (100F and 40-50% humidity). Each Modo/Moksha class is cardiovascular, and it strengthens, loosens, and tones the muscles. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and detoxifies the skin, blood and muscles. All levels always welcome.
Pilar leads about 15 classes per month at Modo. Class types include Modo, Hot Flow, Yin (non-heated), and Modo Flow. All classes at Modo are hot unless specified otherwise.
